Raila Amolo Odinga had not opted to vote for peace, perhaps, this Assembly would not be sitting here today. This is a man who deserves respect. It is all very well for the Leader of the Majority Party to speak of what the Government has done and what they are intending to do, but I want to say that some people in the Jubilee Government are excited and they are behaving as if they are drunk.
