You gave some very useful observation that the Leader of the Majority Party is merely conveying some statement from the Government. I thought you were going to say that he could also convey the other one back to the Government. I thought you were going to say that because you were doing very well at that point. This is because if he is just a mere conveyor of a message--- You started off very well that it was difficult for you to interrogate the Leader of the Majority Party because, if you remember, he started by giving an apology. Sometimes I think we tend to forget things very fast, like the rest of Kenyans. The first thing he did was giving an apology and stating that he felt sad, sorry and embarrassed that the former Prime Minister had to undergo what he underwent. So, unless we also want to do other things which may be part of our body chemistries, I think it is important for us to also--- He is conveying a message and he started by first of all apologizing. Hon. Ng’ongo, do you want to prosecute it further?"
