    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, as you alluded to in your earlier Communication, the membership of this House has gone up and we were not able to rationalise the agreement that every hon. Member would belong to one Departmental Committee and one Standing Committee. So, it has been a challenge because some hon. Members have been allocated two or three committees. In some cases, hon. Members have been allocated four committees, while others have just been in only one committee. Therefore, we wanted to bring that equity and rationalisation to ensure that every hon. Member of this House belongs to one Departmental Committee and one Select Committee."
