So, I wish to support this Motion and I urge Members of the National Assembly and also Members of the Senate not to turn this thing into a supremacy battle. I also urge the Members of the county level and national level not to turn it into a supremacy battle. We need each other and we all have rules and responsibilities to play in line with devolution. I support."
