    "content": "While I support the necessity of good infrastructure for commerce, agriculture, job creation and development of our nation, the way the Motion is currently drafted makes it a little bit hard to support it because you cannot plan every financial year for 249 constituencies for a specific number of kilometers as provided for here. So, I think that this is something that should be referred to the relevant Committee to freshen a little bit because I am 100 per cent in support of improvement of our infrastructure for all the good reasons highlighted here namely, to promote commerce, agriculture and job creation. However, I also think that the narrow terms and presentation in the minimum of 20 kilometres and a maximum of 30 kilometres might not reflect economic reality and need at the constituency level and in different parts of the country where the needs may"
