    "content": "I know that the thinking of the Member was that if we put a minimum, we will ensure that this is achieved in every constituency. I support that we should have a minimum of 20 kilometres of tarmac and we can move on from there. Many areas are suffering and I want to mention a few before I conclude. For example, the Chepsion- Kebenet Road, which cuts across a very productive agricultural area which produces coffee and maize. The other area is Londiani –Tendeno;Londiani-Makutano; Chepsion- Lemotit; Chepsion-Sitiani; Chepchir-Molo and Brooke-Maili Nne. I support this Motion and ask all hon. Members to do the same. We need to put a lot of resources towards our roads and ensure that our economy grows. Our farmers should be given an opportunity to concentrate on economic activities without getting stressed about how they will get their produce to the market. I beg to support."
