    "content": "So, it is a situation that the Kenya Government must address; if we do not stabilise Somalia, then we will always have problems in this country. I am suggesting that the Kenya Government commits funds in our Budget and ensures that all the Somali children go to school, because they must be educated. They must be helped. The insecurity problem must be addressed by the Kenya Government and we have the international community to help us. Other countries in Africa should be part and parcel of the problem of Somalia; we need to solve it once and for all."
