    "content": "Very well. Remember there was a threat by seven companies not to pick products from the refinery starting from 1st July, 2013. I think that is the point hon. Shimbwa is making. Perhaps, that is why I seem to be sympathetic to the point he is raising. If those companies stop picking products, I am sure this will have some ramifications of some sorts."
