    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, working with the administration, we send information to the people that there are certain designated points where we will provide supplies. It is easier to send supplies to one particular point where we will bring food, water and cattle feed. Sometimes you find that pastoralists are not at that particular point. The information is being forwarded through the administration, so that these points are known. This is an issue that we have discussed at length in the Disaster Response Committee, which I chair."
