    "content": "During our interaction with members of the public, as well as consultation with the Departmental Committees; we identified other key projects and programmes which require funding. A list of those projects has been attached to the Committee’s Report and recommended for prioritisation, should additional resources be identified. The recommendations that the Budget and Appropriations Committee is making to this august House are as a result of a highly consultative process arising from a thorough scrutiny of the Estimates; intensive sessions with the Departmental Committees, the views of members of the public and the Cabinet Secretary, National Treasury, Mr. Henry Rotich, and his team, as required by law."
