Speaker, Sir, I rise to support the report by the Budget Committee and more so I take this opportunity to thank the Committee for the contribution and the good work they have done within such a short period. Secondly, I want to thank His Excellency the President, as you have informed the House that he has already assented to the Division of Revenue Bill. This is because the President had said he would adhere to the Constitution. I think he only did that on the basis of what the Act required of him to do."
