    "content": "The Budget Committee expected to see a uniform format both for the National Government, Parliament and the Judiciary. However, to our surprise, Parliament, the Judiciary and the National Government came up with different formats of the Budget process. We advise that the law contemplates that the Cabinet Secretary responsible for Finance needs to bring to this House policies and rules that will govern the Budget- making process so that there is a difference in the next financial year when we embark on the next Budget cycle which will begin by 30th August, this year."
