Speaker, Sir, after this House approves these Estimates today or immediately thereafter, we expect the Cabinet Secretary, within 21 days, to consolidate and publish in the Kenya Gazette and also make it public in the media for Kenyans to know which Budget we have passed. We hope that the Cabinet Secretary will make sure that, that particular provision of the Act is followed to the letter."
