    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I did not quite get what she is talking about. I will proceed on the basis that I have not understood her point of order. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, why do I say that there is no need for duplication of funds? It is because of the confusion that has already been created outside there that hon. Members just want to be in control of the funds everywhere. If we encourage this clamour for funds, the next thing we shall hear is that Senators are also demanding for a fund managed by the Senators. Where shall we end up as a country? So, I want to appeal to my able sisters, the County Women Members of Parliament to understand my position and work within the framework of the current CDF Act to contribute to the development of the country."
