    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Irrigation in schools should have been a compromise to me because teachers will spend more time on it and things like green houses. So, I thank the Committee very much for re-allocating that money to other areas. That does not belong to that docket. This issue has been pointed out by several Members."
