    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to tell the Chairman of the Budget and the Appropriations Committee that people in old age were left out. There was no money budgeted for the old people. One problem we have in this country is that old people suffer very much. They retire, lose their money and strength and, instead of getting something in their old age because their children are also not helping them, they get nothing. Let us make sure that there is money for the old people. They can be paid a stipend of even Kshs5,000 per month. That will enable them to age and die happy. That should be considered."
