    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Dr. Khalwale alleged that a Minister of the Government has stated that the refugees should return to Somalia. I do not remember, but if it has happened, that was a personal view from the Minister. That is not the policy of this Government. This Government has never said that the refugees should return back to Somalia. Return back to what? There is no government and food in the Somalia side. So, if you say that these people should go back to Somalia, you are actually asking them to go back to their sure death. So, that is not the policy of this Government. That is the policy of an individual and we will say that it is very irresponsible, indeed!"
