    "content": "I would like to request the Government to employ the human resource that is needed in our health facilities. The Government should not only do that, but also provide medicine in those health centres. I have realized again that some of the health centres which were constructed a long time ago are not upgraded according to the population that they serve. I have a case in Kitengela where a health centre which serves a very big population has not been upgraded to the status of a district hospital so that it can have enough clinical officers. I think a lot needs to be done in our health sector."
