    "content": "We pass Bills here but when it comes to implementation, there is a problem. I must applaud our Government and the private hospitals for the training opportunities for our children. But when it comes to employment of the same trained people, it becomes a problem. So, we are not really saying that we are lacking staff. The issue is where the funds are to employ them."
