    "content": "Secondly, we also need to have additional health facilities so that when we are looking at how much money we are putting in the counties, and especially on the amendment by hon. Sang, we need to have enough resources. Those resources will not only cater for the recruitment and employment of those health nurses or clinical officers, but we should also look at how we equip those facilities so that the facilities that we have in those particular constituencies are properly equipped. Some of them are not functioning because they are not equipped. Some of them are functioning but do not have enough drugs. Some of them are functioning but they do not have equipment. So, I support this Motion by saying that we need also to have enough funds so that we can equip those particular hospitals."
