In his inaugural Address to the nation, the President gave indications that concrete building blocks for some of those programmes and promises would be laid in the first 100 days of his term. The Government has now been in Office for over 60 days and, therefore, it would be prudent for the House to be aware of the success and the achievements in implementing the following: providing security for all Kenyans, ensuring food security for all Kenyans, providing free laptops for all school going children, rolling out free maternity services at all public hospitals and other health facilities in Kenya and tackling youth unemployment in Kenya. I just want to add a little bit that the provision of free maternity services at all public hospitals is a matter that touches on both the maternal and the productive health of our mothers, daughters, sisters and children. As such, it is important that standards are as uniform as possible throughout the whole country. That is why as a further clarification, I want the Leader of the Majority Party to give statistics for all the 47 counties of Kenya for the following categories of medical personnel:"
