Pursuant to Standing Order No. 44 (2) (c), I wish to request a statement from the Chairperson of the Committee on Lands regarding a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Aga Khan Trust for Culture and the Government of Kenya, which was represented by the Ministry of Local Government, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for National Heritage and culture, the Town Clerk, Nairobi City Council, with regard to the reported rehabilitation and management of Nairobi City Park."
