    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, we know that as politicians we used the youth to assist us during the campaigns. It is important that they get supported. When you look at the youth we are talking about you will realize that they are very educated. They are in a position to plan their own activities and organize their own issues. Most of them have the potential to be politicians just as we are today. Bearing that in mind, we need to support this Council by allocating money to it so that it establishes a secretariat. So, it is important for us to bear this in mind because it will enable them to relate to the other youth who are in the rural setting. In Kitui Central, where I come from, the youth are anxiously waiting for this money because they want to use it to start their own activities. They want to organise their activities in terms of what they want to do and also be able to come together, as youth, and discuss what they want to do."
