    "content": "Secondly, the Jubilee Government, through its manifesto, has already made it very clear that they want to jump-start the welfare of the young people in this country and they have already made it very clear that the one million jobs they intend to create will be actualised by putting up a budget through the Ministry of Devolution and Planning.
