    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to strongly support this Motion. I want to state from the start that I am happy to have been the Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports when the National Youth Council was established in 2009. I want to really appreciate the hon. Members who supported me, as the Minister in charge of youth affairs at that time, to move the Motion that eventually resulted in the establishment of the National Youth Council. I would like to single you out as one of the people who supported me that famous afternoon."
