    "content": "Some youths fear to even marry because they have no money to raise families. Therefore, we need to empower the youth through creating jobs for them. Through the Fund, they can get skills which will enable them to get jobs. This will build capacity in the youth and this will improve their standard of living. The Government has not put funds in TIVET which has been training the youth. We should make sure that the National Council for the Youth is given some funds, so that it can empower the youth."
