    "content": "The youths are being trained at the National Youth Service and the youth polytechnics, but those youths do not have funds to start projects. So, let us give the youth the capital to initiate projects, so that they can sustain themselves. We should stop saying that the youths are the leaders of tomorrow. We should empower them right now. This is the time for the youth to be empowered. We train many youths at the National Youth Service and the Government should set up something for them to do. When they come out, they are trained but they have no capital to start small businesses. I support the Motion. I know that when it is passed and enacted, our youth will be empowered."
