    "content": "I rise on a point of order with regard to the Statement from the Leader of Majority Party. Even though the Leader of Majority Party has eloquently put it that the Finance Bill will be introduced by the Committee, which I have no problem with, but I just wanted to get a clarification from him because the Public Finance Management Act provides that we expect the Statement to be with Parliament today. It is very clear that the day that the Cabinet Secretary is reading Policy Statement, that Bill must be brought to the House. So, it is not next week."
