Dr. Chris Wamalwa, I want to confirm that when my committee sat yesterday together with the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the CDF Board, we agreed that there are a number of constituencies which do not have boundary issues – whose boundaries were not divided. Therefore, for these constituencies, we shall be working to make sure that immediately after Tuesday, you will be able to get your funds in your accounts. Hon. Speaker, Sir, there are those constituencies which we estimate to be about 200 which were affected by boundaries and they have commenced an exercise to map every project to a constituency. Once they are through with that exercise of mapping projects to constituencies, we shall be able to take the summation of all the projects in each constituency and, therefore, send such projects money to the beneficiary"
