    "content": "In the same breath, and in addition to existing SME and Agri-business Fund, Kshs6 billion has been set aside to ensure that the youth engage in income-generating programmes, including making funds easily available to citizens under better delivery mechanism modeled along the lines of the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF).
