    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Could you save the House from misinterpretation and cannibalization of the Constitution by this Minister? Clearly, power has shifted. The Budget should be brought to Parliament two months before the Budget Day, so that Parliament can re-organize it. He should borrow a leaf from what is happening in the United States of America. Is he in order to mislead this House that the power of the purse is with the Government, while it lies with Parliament?"
