    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to thank hon. Zuleikha for bringing this Motion and appreciating the talents that our youth have in this day and age. One of the achievements of the new Constitution is that it has recognised the rights of each and every individual to participate in decision-making towards the development of this country. One of the things that we can do as a county is to empower our youth, who already have talents and skills. Having set up the NYC, there is no reason as to why it should not be given the necessary funds to enable it meet its mandate as provided for in the Act, which was passed way back in 2009."
