    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to support this Motion and thank hon. Dukicha for having brought it. However, I beg to propose some amendments to this Motion. I propose that we delete the words “in arid and semi arid areas (ASAL)” appearing on the second line and insert the words “across the country” in place thereof. The second one is by deleting the words “in most of these areas” appearing on the fifth line and lastly by deleting the words “all ASAL areas” in the last line and inserting the following words:- “needy constituencies using the criteria that establishes the need and ensure equity, taking into consideration the special needs of ASAL areas.”"
