    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am supporting the amendment. The proposed facilities are needed all over the country because the challenges that the girl-child is facing in the ASAL areas are more or less the same challenges that the girl-child in, for instance, Turbo Constituency is facing. Maybe, additional allocation should be made to the Equalisation Fund to help the ASAL areas, but the matters being considered in this Motion should be for the whole country."
