    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to oppose the amendment to this Motion. The idea of this Motion is to provide facilities where they lack. We know that there are areas even in urban areas that lack these facilities but they are not part of ASAL areas. You can come up with a different idea on how you can facilitate areas like Kibera. We know that these areas exist."
