    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the amendment. There are three areas in our Constitution which are very fundamental. Article 43(1)(f) says that every child is entitled to education. That does not mean a child from the ASAL areas; it means all the children of Kenya. Article 55(a) also specifies that it is a right of the youth to be given education and training. Article 55(b) demands that the marginalized be given the opportunity to education. So, the Mover of this amendment is trying to assist all the children of Kenya."
