    "content": "The other issue is that you cannot also have quality education and boarding schools without teachers. I believe that those areas are mostly hardship areas but unfortunately the Government does not look into that. How do you expect the teachers to take care of our children if we are not taking care of them? I believe that the allowances that are owed to the teachers must be paid. The hardship allowances must be re- introduced in areas that need them. From there any Kenyan child will be able to benefit. I support this Motion and I believe that it is something that should be implemented. The girl-child should be protected, be made to know that she is Kenyan and she has all the constitutional rights that she deserves like any child."
