    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, with those very many remarks, I support this Motion and urge all hon. Members present that this is a Motion that is very timely. We were talking about the looming teachers strike. We want laptops across the country. As I end my speech, I would like to give the state of my county. Around 90 per cent of the schools in my constituency, you will know the door from the gate--- I think as leaders we must also go back to leadership. Let us not cry for so long. We are going to get CDF. People from ASAL, I imagine get more than those from areas considered potential. We want to see how you use that money. I am inviting other institutions of Government; the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and the National CDF Board not to be part of the corruption even in usage of such devolved funds. We want a system where we really focus on issues where they matter."
