    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to support this Motion and thank the Mover for donating two minutes to me. I think this Motion is very dear to most of us. This is because we believe in education to everybody and not only to a few. If you look at this Motion, you will find that it talks about creating schools which could help the pupils from ASAL areas. I am one of the people who come from those areas and I know how students find it hard to even attend school. I also know how parents find it hard to keep these children in school because of the difficulties that we have in those areas."
