    "content": "We need you to rule that the Budget and Appropriations Committee and the CDF Committee which both Chairs have spoken must be heard. We are working through Committees of the House. It is not the individual Member but the Chair of the CDF Committee whom we have mandated together with the 28 Members; the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee and his 50 Members. If we will not trust our own Committees and the report they have tabled, then we have more issues to deal with and I want you to rule on that."
