    "content": "So, we have money to disburse to the constituencies between today and 30th June, 2013. I can, therefore, confirm that by the end of this month, every constituency will have gotten 75 per cent of its money for the current financial year. We are still in Financial Year 2012/2013. Once we are through with the disbursement of the Kshs6.3 billion, as the Budget and Appropriations Committee has indicated, we will get the Kshs5.4 billion in July, which we shall promptly disburse to the constituencies."
