    "content": "An hon. Member asked whether the money we are talking about for the next financial year includes the Kshs5.4 billion. We put this question to the Cabinet Secretary for Finance yesterday. He assured us that the allocation for the CDF in the next financial year is Kshs23 billion. So, because of the Kshs5.4 billion, we will get Kshs28.4 billion in the next financial year. That is an addition of Kshs5.4 billion, which takes care of the CDF money that had been borrowed to meet other national needs. So, we will not lose"
