    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Speaker, Sir. With all due respect to the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee alongside the Chairman of the CDF, I would like to make one inquiry. I represent views of many Members. We would like to support this Motion but we want to have documentary evidence that this House will be assured that this money will be provided in the next financial year. What was so difficult to put an entry of Kshs5.4 billion in this financial year to be disbursed in the next financial year? Can they give us, with all due respect, some documentary evidence to the effect that this money will be provided in the next financial year? This is because you cannot go to a meeting where nobody is committing himself in writing and then you come and tell these Members that this money will be provided. In the absence of that, we will support that we adjourn debate."
