    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to oppose the Motion on one ground, that we have seen injustice done to the judges who have been there before. I want to allude to what hon. Midiwo and hon. Shebesh were saying. I do not think that we will get any big change from the new judges that we want to bring in. My big question is: Why should we go to Uganda and Tanzania to get judges? Particularly, why should the two countries produce these judges? I beg to oppose the approval of the three judges."
