    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to support this Motion. A time has come for this country to be very serious about sports. Indeed, if there are people who have made this country proud these are the athletes of this country. In other countries like the USA, the United Kingdom (UK) and Canada, among other developed countries, athletes are well taken care of. They are allocated security. At any given time, the relevant government authorities know where their sportsmen and sportswomen are. It is only in this country where our sportsmen and sportswomen are neglected. The Jubilee Government is headed by a young President and a young Deputy President. I am sure that wherever they are, they are watching this debate. Our athletes have always brought a lot of foreign currency to this country. They have always flown our flag high. We are proud of them. Therefore, the Government should now be serious about supporting our athletes. With those remarks, I beg to support."
