    "content": "as other countries do. When Kenyans are mishandled in foreign countries, it takes a very long time for our Government to respond. I have had a chance of travelling abroad, and I have seen something like this happen. We want our Government to become responsible to its own citizens. We should be protected even if we are out of this country. Our Government must be communicating with foreign governments to ensure that Kenyans are well protected when in other countries. With those remarks, I beg to support the Motion."
