Is it in order for the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance to mislead this House that we are mishandling an important institution when we have, in fact, retained the money he allocated in the last financial year? If there is any person who is mishandling the institution, it is him who allocated the same money. We are just saying: “Do not give them more because we have more dire priorities than ever before.”"
