"content": "THAT pursuant to Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution of Kenya and the provision of Standing Order No.45, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Lands on vetting of Principal Secretary nominee laid on the Table of the House today, Tuesday, 25th June, 2013, and approves the appointment of Mariamu El Maawy as Principal Secretary for Land, Housing and Urban Development."
