Cheptumo, the current Chair of the Committee on Delegated Legislation, regarding the position of that particular legal notice. Bearing in mind the events happening in the country relating to the same issues, both the Legal Notice No.534 and that other one No.16 and the current discussions, it may require also the joint sitting of both the Committee on Delegated Legislation as well as Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology. It may be important to have the two Committees sit and holistically look at the issues surrounding that legal notice."
