    "content": "I am giving you directions, Amina. Hon. Speaker, Sir, protect me from hon. Amina. Having said that, I think the Government needs to be fully constituted. We went through elections on 4th March, 2013 and we nearing July; the country is losing so much time, basically doing nothing, or politicking while we are not delivering services to Kenyans. So, I think it is the responsibility of this House that where there is no adverse information we need to move with speed to help this Government become fully formed. Those of us in the Opposition also need to watch them fail, so that we have something to do."
